I recommend one of these: http://www.tophostingpicks.com

iPage has the best offer right now.

Their standard price is $84/year ($6.95) but they have

a 50% sale, one year of hosting for $42.00.

Their plan includes:

Unlimited disk space

Unlimited bandwidth

Free domain name

Price: $42/year ($3.50)

They have one of the most popular hosting platforms, which currently hosts over a million websites. They're also one of the oldest hosting companies, founded in 1998.

They include a free point & click online site builder so you can create a website without any programming (easily, just by drag and drop).

They also have a great custom control panel with OneClick installs of all the popular software like Wordpress, Joomla, Forums, Chat, Galleries, Online stores and a lot more.

So you can install Wordpress easily form their control panel, basically you just click Install Wordpress, choose a theme that you like and start adding content. It's very easy to add AdSense to it, as well as lot of plugins for all sorts of stuff. If you don't yet have an AdSense account you have to build your website first (a real website with a real domain name) add some content and then apply on https://www.google.com/adsense/

As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. A domain name is a name you want to call your website (ex: www.yahoo.com). To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.

If you want to start your website I recommend purchase your domain and hosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some hosting services offer this gift today.

As an experienced webmaster I recommend BH web hosting which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.

You can reach reviews about this web hosting provider and its latest DISCOUNT COUPONS at:

They also offer "Free Site Builder" that helps you build your web pages without difficulty if you are not skilled in using any website creating program. (WYSIWYG: What You See Is What You Get) You can use this service optionally. You can also create the pages offline with your favorite program (DreamWeaver, FrontPage, Microsoft Publisher, etc.), and then upload them to your web host. This is another easy way to get your website online.

******IMPORTANT********

* This service was awarded “The Best Web Host OF The Year”.

* If you sign up for this service you will have $75 credits to advertise your website with the google & yahoo search engines for free!

* You Can Register A Free Domain or Use Your Existing Domains. They Support All Domain Names.

Its an easy task to build a website unless you know about website developement tools like HTML, CSS, Photoshop, DreamWeaver, Flash, XML etc.,

if you want a good website - go study HTML and CSS (you can of cause get Dreamweaver - but it's for dummies or debug problems)

Good sources

http://www.smashingmagazine.com/

http://www.csszengarden.com/

or get books of Eric Meyer (CSS gooroe) - best books to study css (2 books - in every book 12 project and every step described - you can see peace of code you changed and then see visual change )

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_5_7?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=eric+meyer+on+css&x=0&y=0&sprefix=eric+me

indiaglitz.com - is too flashy - you can study it - but I would recommend to built website with normal HTML/CSS

If you buy a domain you can also buy the web hosting from them. Often times the domain company will have templates you can use and add your own content to. Namesecure is pretty good
